Located in the Eilendorf district to the east of Aachen. The Kaisersaal ballroom was converted into the Central Theater and opened in 1955. It was operated by Willy Engolke. The seats were by Schroeder & Henzelmann. In 1956 CinemaScope was installed and a Perspecta sound system was added.

The Central Theater was closed around 1959.
