Apollo-Theater

The Apollo-Theater opened on 25th February 1911 as a bioscoop & variete theatre. and closed 8th November 1964. The theatre had a capacity of 400 seats in orchestra and balcony levels. It was a cinema for the common man, attracting spectators from the neighbouring Jordan and the Western Islands districts. The Apollo Theater was closed on 8th November 1984 with “Mondo Cane 2”
