Nearby Theaters
Opened in December 1912 on the corner of Seymour Street and 3rd Avenue. It was closed in 1929 and apparently torn down shortly after to build the Capitol Theatre.
HUB International Insurance Brokers is on the site today.

Closed in 1929. It was later replaced by the Capitol Theatre which would have its own page soon.
