Located in the west London district of Kensal Green, close to Kensal Green Cemetery. The College Park Electric Theatre was set in its own grounds. There was a decorative arched entrance into the grounds, with the theatre to the right of it. It was opened in possibly early-1910 and was operated by Gaiety Picture Palaces Ltd., the licensee was Percy Edgar Parr. It was closed around 1912 or 1913.
