This theatre appears on the 1921 Sanborn. Judging from the plans, it appears to have been a conversion of a large livery stable built between 1892 and 1896.

As a theatre, it was a large brick building of 1-2 stories. There do not appear to be any small storefronts included, and the stage is noted as having ‘No Scenery’. The balcony was not very deep, but had long, narrow boxes extending down the walls.

Unfortunately, later maps are not available online, but the building was demolished some time ago, and is now a gravel lot.
