Bijou Dream Theatre

The 1913 Sanborn shows a ‘Moving Picture Theatre’ in the ground floor of a three story brick commercial building. It’s likely the stores on this block were constructed between 1891 and 1895, and then extended to the rear at a later date.

Again, there is a large gap in map coverage, but by 1949, this had returned to retail, with a hotel above. This entire section of the block was lost long ago, and is a huge parking lot.
