It’s February 21, 1956 and you can forget about the Norside’s 20 cent hot dogs because Frank J. Rowden & Son is going to completely demolish the former theater over the next thirty days.. The former theater’s spot became a parking lot for the neighboring Tri-City Grocery Co. store.
