The Arrow Drive-In opened in 1951, with a single screen. It was located off Highway 4. During the early-to-mid 70s, the theater was operated by the BAC Theatres chain. During a windstorm in 1975, while a movie was being shown, the screen was blown down, but fortunately no one was harmed. The Arrow closed after this and never reopened.
The next year the property became a tractor dealership. All that remains of the Arrow today is the former snack bar (now used for storage), a couple of light-posts along the entrance drive and the foundation of the screen tower, which has since been buried.
