A big capacity movie palace built in 1913. The manager was the son in law of Henry Guimard, the architect of the Art Nouveau period. The seats designed in Art Nouveau style were from a short-lived theatre designed by the architect.
The building was renovated through the years and closed in 1954. This was the beginning of the TV age in France and the Mozart became a supermarket.
In 2004, it is easy to look at the building and imagine it a former movie palace.
