This was showing Spanish language films as the ISLA theatre in 1944.

THE BRONX MARKET.; New Owner for Tiffany Theatre and Store Property.

NY Times December 9, 1924

Full Value Realty Company, Inc., bought from Weeneda Realty Company, Inc., the Tiffany Theatre Roof Garden and store property at southwest corner Westchester Avenue and Tiffany Street, fronting 103 feet on the avenue and 97 feet on the street. The property was held at $110,000 and sold for close to that figure.

I have the Tiffany Theatre still listed in the 1957 edition of Film Daily Yearbook but without a seating capacity given, which usually indicates a recent closure.
