Approx. address for this drive-in was 6419 West 19th Street, Lubbock, TX 79407. The entrance is now Sonic.

This image file is of my irrigation well! This never was the location of the Plains/Westerner/Fines Arts Drive-in movie theater. ThePlains/Westerner/Fines Arts Drive-in movie theater location sat on the South/East corner of what is now 19th Street & Milwaukee.

The Westerner Drive-In had a capacity for 465 cars in 1975.

The Westerner opened as just the plain “Western Drive-In”.
