Opened as the Trend Theatre in 1930 with 600 seats, this Art Deco style movie house was located on Tremont Avenue near Anthony Avenue. During the 40s, it was renamed the Devon. Today the building houses two retail stores.

Dear sir:

I have a few photos from around 1960 in which the Devon theatre can be barely be seen in the background. Quite sketchy but if of interest I will send.
