Located in the Columbia Mall just a block from the Carmike 10. Only open in the evenings during the week but showing first run features. Small lobby with tiny auditoriums.

The Columbia Mall 4 was closed by Carmike Cinemas in October 2008. It was demolished in July 2011.

As of March 25 2008, this theater is now a discount/second run theater.

That link works. So, the timeline for this theater is around 1983 to 2008.
