The Ritz was located in downtown St. Charles. A small single floor theatre with seating under 300. It was one of four theatres located in Old St. Charles which is now a historic district. It has been long gone as a movies theatre but the building is still in use for retail.

The Ritz is listed in 1950 with 300 seats.
