Thew Gillham theatre opened in 1913 seating 682. The architect was Robert O. Boiller of the Boller Brothers. It was done in a Colonial Revival style. It had a good sized auditorium with a balcony. The Gillham closed in the early 1950’s.

Does anybody have a picture of this theater? My dad used to take my mom here and buy her flowers across the street at Ed’s Florists at 601 E 31st st.
