A friend of mine recently went into the building to have a custom piece of molded glass made, for that is the business that operates out of the building today. He tells me that the proscenium opening is still there, and the pressed tin ceiling is still intact.

It was a nickelodeon. The building is still there and the word ‘IT’ is spelled out in tile on the entry.

Theater was constructed in 1909. It was a single-screen and is at least “Closed.”

I found another (?) theater called Haselbusch & Du Milieu at 1810 Harmon. Given how street numbers have changed, it may be the same theater.
