As far as I know that building IS the old Paragon Theater. Do you have any interior photos of it?
My father was the pastor of a pentacostal church that was located in the all white builidng, 2079 Fulton Street.
The Paragon was a fairly small theater, see here for an aerial view:

On April 30, 1928 a C/O was issued for this address. It was an existing motion picture theater with 568 seats. Alteration done was installing a marquee. On September 21, 1931 it is still a movie theater and new exit doors were installed. On April 4, 1932 a C/O was issued on an existing building at this address. Purpose of building: Restaurant.
Here is a photo of the Paragon taken yesterday:

Very Good. I will look into this further. Perhaps the Paragon Theatre had a name prior to the LeRoy Theatre.
Tom….This building was built around 1910. Either the Leroy opened before 1917 or this theater had another name before becoming the Leroy theater.
The Paragon Theatre opened in 1917 as the LeRoy Theatre seating 600. Around 1924 the LeRoy Theatre became known as the Ritz Theatre. By 1930 the name was changed to the Paragon Theatre. I show no listing for the Paragon Theatre after 1935.
