This building now houses the Hana Buffet.

Tacoma Public Library’s building index lists Lundberg & Mahon as the architects and R. R. Pratsch as the builder.

It is most likely a coincidence that the Realart Theater has the same name as the Realart Films company. The Realart Theater was a small privately owned theatre in Washington State.

Was this theatre in any way connected to the Realart Films company that did reissues of the old Universal monster movies in the ‘50’s?
