A South Philly Review story calls this the Point Breeze Theatre, and says that it was known as “the big theater with the little entrance.”

Probably still demolished.

The Breeze is evidently demolished since the Philly Tax Records shows it as a vacant lot.

Charles F. Schaef 1887 – 1972. Studied architecture in Paris. Worked with John T. Brugger and Robert M. Little. Architect for St. Aloysius parish at 26th and Reed streets, dedicated in 1924.
