Yuki Japanese Restaurant is on the corner of 14th and NE Broadway, and the middle of the building is Milo’s City Cafe, an excellent place for brunch.

In previous incarnations, the building was Famous Bobs Pizza and Jamie’s (a faux-50s diner). The projection hole was visible from the dining room.

An Estey theater organ opus 2277 size 2/10 was installed in the Irvington Theater in 1924 at a cost of $10,036. Note: Luminous button style console.
