We all know who, it was traced and also the email of which i will not put it here because it violates the TOS, take care, real good care, and have a fun day,
The sad thing about this is that Saif Rahman from TX keeps saying the same ol things and has to keep acting like a child. Kind of like a 4 year old. Oh well its fun to watch a grown man act like a idiot such as Marj-Saif
Yes, especially when we broke a contract on you because your theater had termites and you changed your name here because you were banned, but keep the posts up, they do nothing to me, take care.
MarJ the problem is see here is: you changed your name so you could repost because you were banned, and since the contract was broke on you because you tried a fast one, yes i will admit that, but breaking the contract with you since your theater had termites was a good decision.
I understand that Travis i do, i had no intentions of doing tht with the Lawford, however when Grande Venues leased it to us and to purchase, they did so for 2 years, with one big problem there lease expired in 6 months, i refused to pay them another dime, and then the owner evicted them thus i was still there and we continued to operate it and i had tried to sell if for him as a lot of the things needed Grande Venues could not perform anymore,,,,but we sold out interests or the things needed to keep ot open to the owner, he is still trying to sell it, as for the Rex, it also has struggles, the owner there lived in St Louis and really it was how should i put it, not being ran to what it could have been ran, so the ideal was to give it to someone who could decote the time to make it a viable theater for everyone. This sometimes saves them and if you look, not a bad deal with no credit needed and a small down.I try and help myslef and them I am not sure if you will understand this but i am at least getting back with you
The problem Travis if it was not for these people they would not be in business today, i rescued teh Lawford and opened it back up, when i was taken by Grande Venues, i gave it back to the buildings owner who has kept it open had i not had, that theater would still most liely be dark, as its been for sale now for over a year since i left, and the price just keeps going down, i believe its one of the only ways to keep them open, the Lawford needs thousands of dollars to redo some things, and this theater, well that remains to be seen
Sorry about the ad, did not realize it was still there, was soposed to be for a partner for that one, but we do not need it now, got 2 grants at 25k thanks
The Rex Theater has recently been aquired by Chalet Theaters, they are planning to do some extensive work and also are starting first run movies on December 1 of 2006. Additionaly they are adding new projectors and sound to the theater.
All but one of our theaters are first run and we just charge 5.00 for adults, 3.00 for sat sun matinee. we do usually get ¾ to about 95% full compared to some of our competitors down the street ( there price is set at 7.50 because they are a big chain. We have done many surveys outside the doors to all of our theaters and according to most its the high prices that keep them away, yes we have older theaters but all have been upgraded in sound and projection so they see a good show, the ones we have talked with say the only reason they go to the ‘big guys’ is because its newer, otherwise they love the lower price’s we have AND the nostalgia that was from by gone days, this si why we try and buy the older theaters.
Beating dead horses is better, bottom line, prices are higher, better to stay at home in your skivvies then to go out, even though we have 10 theaters, its the prices that keep people home and away,
That is why i did a update, as far as this past friday, there was a agreement of which i have the purchase agreement here, there is no mention even of any funds , just if your going to say somethi8ng here, make sure that you know exactly what has been said or done, you are correct, i should have waited but i did do the update after i found 2 more liens and the otehr problems, i am also looking at theaters in TX there are a BUNCH of them, and have a friend in the theater business that used to be in with a ‘chain’ looking and contacting several for me, hopefully, we will have a few more in Texas where i was born. thank you
I do not think you aexactly know what was said or done, in fact i have several emails from the realtor, only on the last day did 2 other ‘liens’ show up, i do not care who you are, or what you are trying to prove here, you do not have my emails from the realtor nor do you have as Paul Harvey says “The Rest Of The Story' there are details i could sahre about liens and backgrounds on the owners but i shall not here, suffice to say, i was warned did some checking and recinded my offer, and, for your info again since you ‘think’ you are in the know, there is no mention or was there ever of any money down be it small or large, so your statement there is void, and further, we have many old venues, this theater might be a ‘great buy’ the owners who put liens on it when they had no money shows a poor case of judgement, i.e. the ‘horse BEFORE the cart’
