THe last time I saw a movie in that theatre was Constantine, which was an OK movie. Why did they cut out the 15th screen? I don’t remember going to that auditorium.
The first new movie I saw at Clifton Commons (after a bunch of older movies before the theatre opened such as You Got Mail and Star Trek Insurrection) was Entrapment, which was a good movie. The last movie I saw there before moving was Monsters, Inc., which was a great movie. Have there been any changes to the theatre since it was a General Cinema (now an AMC theatre)?
The last time I went to this theatre, it was “Kingdom of Heaven” at auditorium 2, and the sound was great and the picture was decent. They even had rear window captioning in the back of the theater, which is nice for hard to read people. If I were to read them, I would bring a pocket mirror and hold it above the screen! THat’s only one of the innovations to this renovated plex, along with rocking chairs and digital sound. They should add TV screens like the Mansfield theatre, which isn’t listed as a Cinema Treasure but should be since it is one of my favorite theatres.
