Actually, the style of this theater is Chinese Chippendale with an Oriental flavor.
Correction: The architectural firm should be Morgan, Walls, & Morgan. Mr. Clements joined the firm during the early 1920s.

The entire building and auditorium still exist from 1920 to the present day!
The only one I recall in that part of town was the old spanish colonial style Boulevard Theater.
It would be even more interesting if that site was working…
