Recent redevelopment plans for the mall don’t include the theatre. AMC has not renewed their lease at this point.

The address maps out to the South Fork Public Library which should be current use.
I just called their listed number and got a message saying they were open. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and advertising the latest Disney release.
