Of course, the Rosslyn and that big hotel on Main below Seventh (can’t recall the name) are now gentrified, or trying to be, so maybe that’s in the cards for this place. The building looks sound enough.

There aren’t too many buildings, if any, left at this intersection If anyone is around there, let me know if this building is still standing.

I’m looking at the list for Atlantic City, and only the Bijou, Capital and Shore are shown as closed and still standing. We know the Bijou has been gone for decades. I have my doubts if the other two are still extant, but I won’t be back in AC for a while to confirm.

The property is now occupied by a church and a police station.
