I’ve been to Phoenix but not to this theater altough I had been receiving e-mail from Grand Canyon University so chances are if i get accepted to that college I will propably catch a movie here and see if they still have 24 screens maybe AMC is doing this to add in extra space for other things.
Here’s a story, One time i was involved in a fight at this theater it was when me and my family were at a screening of “Age of Ultron” and there was this guy who was walking right past me in the row me and my family were in, then in about an hour and thrity minutes i think he sounded drunk and that was when the fight occured. Luckly we were able to watch the rest of the movie. Not to mention the auditorium we were in had to be evacuated and the police were called
rivest266 i do not know if he has the grand opening ad for AMC Grand 24 and i can see the point why that theatre closed i don’t know maybe AMC Should rebuilt the theatre as an 12 or 14 screen who knows?
I went to Universal Studios yesterday for my birthday and I saw this theatre
TYoung AMC Prime was made for smaller theatres that could not support an IMAX or Dolby Cinema and this is one of them.
This theatre looks like it won’t have a chance for Dolby cinema but It could get AMC Prime

rayman29 maybe Disney will relocate the theatre outside of Downtown Disney
This closed in 2003 and 2 years later The AMC Century 14 closed
This theatre is wonderful and I am planning to move into an apartment in Burbank so i could be near this theatre and go there more
I really hope Disney will at least save this theatre or have it in the new hotel
Grand opening ad in photo section
I been here 5 years ago and it was a nice place
I’m flying to Chicago next week and I’ll probably catch “Atomic Blonde” on the new Dolby Cinema screen they have here
