Too early in the morning for Heraclitus. Garfield is more my speed at seven a.m.

What an annoying website. I can’t click on the little ball fast enough to get the city I want. Not user friendly at all.
It sounds like the Roman Empire. The Huns should be storming the gates any day now.

That’s too bad. I’m glad I got to see it before it disappeared.

2252 is a strip mall on the corner of El Segundo and Willowbrook. This church is at 2250: http://tinyurl.com/2klsnh http://tinyurl.com/2wcfsm
There is a park and community center at this location now.

There’s not much left to show it was a theater: http://tinyurl.com/22ywkm http://tinyurl.com/2c8tsw http://tinyurl.com/26ohty
The entire north side of the 1600 block is a shopping center. No trace of the theater remains.

There’s some kind of car business on that corner now. The other corner is a Chevron station. Certainly no resemblance to Joe’s photo.
Here is the current location. The oblong building is 725, then it jumps to 751. The theater is long gone: http://tinyurl.com/3y88fc
I checked out the interior today. Nothing interesting, certainly not like the Westlake. Here are two exterior photos: http://tinyurl.com/2f3utw http://tinyurl.com/2cmmwl
