There are some misspellings in the description. The owner of the Adler Theater Co. was J.P. Adler, not Alder. Other Marshfield theaters in the chain in 1948 were the Adler and New Adler, which I presume were separate theaters.
In 1948 the owners were Leo, Betty & Milton Yassenoff. Their Academy Theaters chain was headquartered at 328 E. Town Street in Columbus. They also ran the Odeon in Ada at that time.
I bought the book for $20 today at Iliad Bookstore in North Hollywood. They had three copies left. I also bought one of the Naylor books on classic theaters.

I think it has been razed. The pizza place is at 354, then there is a vacant lot on the corner of Oliver & Robinson where the theater would have been.
