I will be in Sao Paulo in a few weeks, with my camera. I believe there are more than five theaters in the country, so I should have some theaters to add when I get back.
Here are two photos which raise some questions. The first shows a theater between 4th and 5th that could be the Main, circa 1920s. It’s more likely a predecessor.
