I like the colors they went with for this wall. Do you know if the RPX has the curvy wallpaper as well?

I think my theater may have originally had this in the room that was converted to an RPX screen.

My theater has this and the Fields one, but they are each given their own auditorium.

This is an interesting one. I can only assume that this is one of the more “localized” murals, knowing Nashville’s reputation of being a music city.

Interesting wall scheme. Isn’t this one of Regal’s flagship theaters?

I certainly will next time I go. Theaters that have been converted to RPX unfortunately removed their murals. Some Imax conversions done before 2011 kept their murals intact, however. (Sawgrass 23 comes to mind in this case)

Ah, nice! Do you have any more pics of these?

I know the original Cobb Theaters built some of their early multiplexes in pairs (Jupiter, Kissimmee), but I never knew that they had a “triplet” property. From what I understand, they knocked down BT West 6 and put a Saks 5th Avenue store in its place.

I saw the tour of this theater on CinemaTour, and I have to give Regal credit for re-doing the original rooms in a way that is uniform with the new screens, despite lying about the fact that all the rooms have stadium seating.

And to Scott Neff, the original screens are to the right of the lobby, 12-17.

This is my “go-to” theater, although I’ll sometimes go to Muvico’s Parisian 20 or Cobb’s Downtown 16.

I loved going to this theater when I lived in Broward. I was surprised when I found out that this theater was built in 1991, and how groundbreaking it was for its time. Regal did a really good job renovating it in 1999.

Anyway, I appreciate the murals that are in most of the auditoriums. I understand that Regal made an exception with the larger murals in this theater by putting clouds in place of the illuminated stars found in most of their other theaters of this vintage.
