              <p>I tried without success to determine the original source of this photo, which I found at the <a href="https://waterandpower.org/museum/Early_LA_Buildings%20%281925%20%2B%29_7_of_8.html">Los Angeles Water and Power Associates</a> site and on <a href="https://martinturnbull.com/2018/06/18/gilmore-drive-in-with-gilmore-field-lit-up-in-the-distance-fairfax-ave-los-angeles-1949-2/">Martin Turnbull’s</a> site, among others. Not my copyright, of course; I don’t know who owns its rights.</p>
