As an 8 screen theater it was called UA Movies@ Regency Square. After the rebuild to 12 screens they dropped the square part. I was a manager there during the early 90’s.
The Regency 1 and 2 were in the parking lot of the mal on the east side. Two huge theaters. They were remodeled to a 4 screen. Then closed when AMC started building their parking lot theater (they already had a 6 screen in the mall at that time.
