Too bad Duluth was too shortsighted to help out the previous owner. Looks like he got you good; now you’re stuck with the trashiest strip club this side of the Mississippi and some a-hole who owns all of the theaters and only plays Hollywood blockbusters. The city owes itself a pat on the back!!
