The correct address is 2848 GA-17 alt, Toccoa, GA 30577 the screen was still there when I was a kid but had long closed. My family is from the area and talked about it sometiems.
I know it used to be a shopping center, I remember going here as a kid in the 90s. It was located at 501 W Pike St, Lawrenceville, GA 30046 though which they turned into Phoenix High school. Based on tax records it was sold 12-21-1995. Some one on another site stated “The first conversion was in Lawrenceville at the vacant Lawrenceville West Shopping Center. Where once a Roses Department Store, Winn-Dixie supermarket and Revco Pharmacy and other facilities operated, the School Board picked up this property for $2.7 million, and in 1996 rebuilt it as Phoenix High School, an alternative school.”
