The 260' x 65' sign was said to have broken the record for largest movie attractor here for the World Premiere of “The Bible” coming soon on September 28th to the Loew’s State in 1966.

This was across Broadway from Loew’s State, in the block-wide space above the entrances to the Astor and Victoria Theatres.
