A bit hard to make out but when the Cincinnati & Lake ErieRailroad Company put this new type of high-speed streetcar into service in 1930, there was a newsreel company in town to record the event. State Manager Herb Morgan put this banner ad on the side of the trolley advertising the State in red letters to be picked up by the newsreel crew.
