  • <p>Mocardy Drive-in Commercial Road, Hills WA - 1959 Later to become the Wongan Hills Drive-in.</p> <p>Photo courtesy of the Basham family</p> <p>The Mocardy Drive-in Wongan Hills was officially opened in January 1959 trading as Rural Districts Pictures, with a capacity of 150 cars and a screening policy of five nights. This consisted of three program changes a week.
