I had not been to the University Cinema in years. I was quite disappointed in the wear of the seats, the dirty tile and carpet, and the general disarray of the theatre. I don’t know if this is due to a lack of attention from the company or the incompetence of the manager, but these problems need to be addressed. If you look into and remedy these issues I am sure that you will attract more customers.
