All restoration efforts are on hold due to the outrageous conduct by City Officials(daily fines levied against us in VIOLATION OF OUR CIVIL RIGHTS including selective enforcement in Violation of our 14th Ammendment Rights under The U.S. Constitution ), as soon as the problems with the city are resolved we can refocus our efforts into the restoration.
