This was my father Denny’s property since around 1964.
He passed away in 2008. The interior always fascinated me as a kid.
Art Deco 1920-30’s, tapestries on the walls, neon. The projector room.
The ticket booths and atrium. There was an old player piano.
Tunnels in the basement leading nowhere. The new owner has surely changed it (to storage I believe). I kept urging pop to help me restore it, as a dinner theatre, as he was a master carpenter. Mt Joy would have loved it!
