Thanks for the photo.I live in Boston but have been to that theater many times. My current coworker worked there for a while. After covid restrictions were lifted. I drove out there from Hyde Park just to watch people leave the place. Eventually going the next day to see Casablanca on the big screen.
I wasn’t born yet but I went to this theater and suburban square theater often. What a wonderful experience. I remember seeing Steve McQueen in “The BLob” there as a kid. It scared the living “doodoo” out of me. I remember putting my feet up in the chair after the The Blob appeared in the movie theater scence.
