This is Lakeside Cinemas I II III building. There was a IV V building as well which was the Lakeside Theatre, across Veterans from Lakeside Cinemas.

That’s not true. The “IV-V” building was directly behind the building pictured (“Cinema I-II-III”) and only a few feet away from the back of Winn Dixie. Lakeside Theaters was an entirely different entity and was located “near” where Whole Foods now stands.
Jaybee7414 is correct. Lakeside Theaters 1-4 was a separate complex entirely near where the Petco is now.
Lakeside IV-V was just behind the I-II-III building.
