Located on the ground floor of Curtin House. The Barrel Theatrette was opened on 14th March 1975. It was taken over by the Shaft Sinema (located in the same building) for its second screen.

It was renamed Ram Cinema screening adult gay movies. It was closed on 20th September 2009. It converted into use as a Cantonese restaurant. (The Shaft Adult Cinema has its own page on Cinema Treasures)
