The plan is to transform this amazing Theater into a 100+ seat upscale restaurant with a separate 300 seat Multi-Functional Performing Arts Center & Dinner Theater. All the restoration is being done respectfully and in accordance with The Secretary of the Interior’s Standards and Treatment for Historic Properties.
