I am going to get David Stenn’s bio of her from the library today. It may clear up some details. Some sources say she moved around a lot. I will try to get more specific information.

A biography she wrote in 1928 said she went to Bayside High School. She talks about going to the movies in her early teens, so that’s about 1918- 1920.
Can anyone tell me what theater Clara Bow probably frequented prior to her entry into films? I am talking about 1920- 1921. A documentary said she was born in Brooklyn, and the family moved to Sheepshead Bay near Coney Island, so I assume that was where she was living at that time. She left for Hollywood in 1923.
