The view is from Bradford Road. The ‘No Entry’ sign on the left is at Albion Street. On the right is Horncastle Street. The whole site between those two streets now (2015) has grass, paths, shrubs and benches and is misleadingly referred to as the ‘Savoy Site’. To compound the error, Cleckheaton commemorates the Savoy with a monument in the style of a cine-camera at the corner of Albion St and Bradford Rd; which is where the shops building stood.
