Im looking as much info on the theater as possible. i am interested in buying the theatre. A few things interested in are: Whats the area like? How is the condition of the building? Do they use platter systems for projection? I’ve been sent a packet on the sale of the place but was just looking for more insite on the area
I used to like this place it was very simple but comfortable
I contacted them about it. It needs a good amount of work and he was pretty firm on wanting $7500 a month

Its good to hear that the theatre is doing well. I emailed Maloof Reality and they have advised me that the theatre is not for sale.
Did Entertainment Cinemas pull everything out of the theatre?

Darien reopened on november 19 with polar express and national treasure. Each theater now seats 165
Crown has now taken over both this theater and wilton theater as of this past week
