According to the Chamber of Commerce (Oct 2007) it is the Colquitt Theatre. There is a plaque on the building that says it is the Hunter Building, but not theatre. They, of course, could be wrong. The theatre was recently gutted in preparation for a facade restoration.
I don’t know if it has been recovered (or covered over), but the Park Terrace has a time capsule buried in front of it. It was supposed to be opened in 2014.
I passed by and photographed the Colonial right after Christmas. It is closed and vandalized and, according to what is left of the marquee, for sale. It appears to have been used as a thrift store before it closed

FYI: your search engine is including theatres from Alberta, Canada when searching for Alabama Martin McCaffery
