Ah, I thought you had to be an admin to do that. I submitted it. Thanks!

I spoke to the pastor of the Bethesda Full Gospel Church at 12 Delaware St (on the corner of Broad St) and he confirmed that their building was once a theatre and said it was called the Flash Theatre.
No listing on this site or on CinemaTour of a Flash Theatre, but I found a google books document of an old 1917 publication of the National American Musical Convention that featured and ad for “The R.S. Brown Hotel Company: Owner FLASH THEATRE. Tonawanda’s Fashionable Moving Picture House. Latest Productions Featured Here. Ten Cents To All."
Link to just the advertisement: http://tinyurl.com/ya2jaby

So there was definitely a Flash Theatre at 12 Deleware St that dates back to at least 1917. Can someone ad an entry on here for this theatre?

Google streetview shows that lot to be empty. Comparing to the photo linked above, that’s definitely the same lot, so it appears as though it’s definitely been demolished.

The Niagara was owned by Holy Cross church for a while but they sold it and it is now West End Communications Inc. Just spoke to the owner on the phone and he confirmed.

From google street view it looks like it was on the corner of Maple and High St. On the side of Maple that 185 High St should be on is a parking lot and an empty lot. On the other is another empty lot and High Street Deli (at 195 High St). I called the deli and the woman there said she’s lived there for years and there hasn’t been a cinema building around them for a long time and their building wasn’t ever one (only building in the area that looks like it could have been a theatre). Looks like it’s either the empty lot or the parking lot (probably the former since it’s on the odd numbered side of the street) and has been demolished. It’s listed as demolished on CinemaTour.com as well.

The theatre is actually at 781 Main St (at least according to google maps). The google maps marker for the theatre is at 900, but there are just several houses at that location and I believe it was misplaced.
