For Roloff….sorry for the 7 year delay….the theatre you’re asking about is the old Orpheum, Vic, and City Center Theatre right around the corner from the old Bay Theatre. Here are a couple of interesting links..I was at that Replacements concert..had to of been one of the loudest ever. Also saw Ian Hunter/Mick Ronson there just a few years before Mick passed on in 1993. Would have ben great to see Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit at the Meyer a few weeks ago. Used to see movies at the old Bay 3. Especially enjoyed watching movies up in the old balcony. Looks like they did a fantastic job restoring it though to its old glorious look.
